The even more interesting aspect of this Eco-efficient Operational Center is that it is 100% women lead. With a steadfast goal to pioneer as a sustainable garment plant in the textile industry, the laundry is also driven by the agenda of empowering women across the company and establishing a new operational model, which is recognized as the first-ever laundry to be led entirely by women.
This makes us even more proud to be partnered with the company, as Rossari also believes in prioritizing gender diversity. We use our insight and expertise to challenge these adverse social norms by providing equal opportunities for women and building a balanced work environment that supports our business and society at large.
